Skip an Apollo task with an optional reason.
apollo.skipTask skips one task.

task. Optional note adds a note. reindexImmediately defaults to false. Set it when task search must reflect the skip immediately. Optional second argument { account } selects the binding. Returns the updated ApolloTask.
