Update one Apollo custom field.
apollo.updateCustomField updates one custom field’s label, group, enrichment schedule, or metadata.

fieldId requires a modality-prefixed ID, such as contact.694095a80f1b6000110fc556. Use the value returned by apollo.createCustomField or apollo.listFields. Set at least one mutable field. Apollo doesn’t let you change a field’s modality or type.
picklistValues replaces the complete option set. Include every option you
want to retain and preserve existing option IDs, or stored values can become
orphaned.
