Bulk create accounts

bulkCreateAccounts creates up to 100 saved accounts in one provider request.

Each account may include name, domain, phone, rawAddress, stage, owner, parentAccount, organizationId, CRM IDs, social URLs, and customFields. Returns { createdAccounts, existingAccounts }; existing deduplication matches are not silently mixed with newly created records.
