List contact stages

listContactStages returns the stage definitions available for saved contacts.

The only input is optional account, which defaults to the project’s Apollo binding. Returns ApolloStage[], including id, name, displayName, displayOrder, and optional category, meeting, and team metadata. Use the returned id in later mutations to skip name resolution.
