Bulk enrich people

bulkEnrichPeople enriches 1–10 people and can consume up to 90 base credits.

people contains 1–10 person-match objects with the same identity fields as enrichPerson. Shared personal-email, phone, waterfall, and HTTPS webhook options have the same defaults and requirements. Optional account selects the binding. Returns request-ordered matches, with null for missing people, plus status, totalRequested, optional unique/missing counts, credits, partial error data, requestId, and provider-native phone/waterfall status. Asynchronous options can charge even when a waterfall vendor finds no match.
