Set contact owner

setContactOwner assigns the same workspace user to one or more contacts.

contacts is a non-empty ApolloReference[]; owner accepts a user ID, exact email/name, or { id }. Optional account selects the Apollo binding. Returns the complete updated ApolloContact[].
