Assign an Apollo owner to saved contacts.
apollo.setContactOwner assigns one workspace user to one or more contacts.

ApolloReference[] as contacts. owner accepts a user ID, exact email/name, or { id }. Optional second argument { account } selects the Apollo binding. Returns the complete updated ApolloContact[].
