Queue an Apollo email for immediate sending.
apollo.sendEmailNow queues a drafted, scheduled, or failed Apollo email for immediate sending.

emailId is required; surface is optional provider context. Returns the updated ApolloEmail. Sending is asynchronous, so use apollo.getEmailSendStatus to confirm delivery state.
