apollo.queryAnalyticsReport runs an Apollo report with explicit metrics, dimensions, filters, and date range.

groupBy and pivotGroupBy each accept at most one dimension. Returns { report } with every provider key converted recursively to camel case. Apollo limits this endpoint to five requests per hour.
