Assign an Apollo stage to saved contacts.
apollo.setContactStage assigns one stage to one or more contacts.

ApolloReference[] as contacts. stage accepts an ID, exact name, or { id }. Optional second argument { account } selects the Apollo binding. Returns the complete updated ApolloContact[].
