Create an Apollo task for a saved contact.
apollo.createTask assigns an Apollo user a scheduled, completed, or skipped task.

contact, user, type, and dueAt: Date | ISO string. Types include action_item, call, LinkedIn step variants, and outreach_manual_email. priority defaults to "medium". status defaults to "scheduled". title and note are optional. Optional second argument { account } selects the binding. Returns the created ApolloTask.
