Create task

createTask creates a scheduled, completed, or skipped task assigned to an Apollo user.

Required inputs are contact, user, type, and dueAt: Date | ISO string. Types include action_item, call, LinkedIn step variants, and outreach_manual_email. priority defaults to "medium"; status defaults to "scheduled"; title and note are optional. Optional account selects the binding. Returns the created ApolloTask.
