apollo.listEmailSchedules returns every sequence sending schedule.

{ account } selects the binding. Returns { emailSchedules }. Each schedule includes id, name, default state, IANA timeZone, weekly sending windows by day, holiday behavior, contact-time-zone behavior, and optional creation time.
