List email schedules

listEmailSchedules returns every sequence sending schedule in the workspace.

The only input is optional account. Returns { emailSchedules }; each schedule includes id, name, default state, IANA timeZone, weekly sending windows by day, holiday behavior, contact-time-zone behavior, and optional creation time.
